Occasions are numerous, flows from Weddings to Worship, Birthdays to New Years and many other festivals and rituals to celebrate merriment and please our sweet tooth . Long back in Bong households.. It's dazes us to know that this ritual of sharing and savoring sweet started early amongst us, when we used to celebrate with home cooked Rice Pudding (Payesh) made of milk, rice, ghee, cardamom, dried fruit, and kesar, and the sweetner being sugar, jaggery or (Molasses Candy) B
